Billing Update 11.01.15
As of November 1st, 2015 NTD began using a new processor for our billing processing and statements. Due to Privacy and Compliance Laws, recurring payment information and eBill accounts established prior November 1st, 2015 could not be carried over to the new billing system. We thank your for your time and understanding in reestablishing recurring payments and eBill accounts. If you have yet to update your bill delivery options or set up recurring payments with NTD, please return that information with the remit slip from your bill.
