Billing Update

Effective 10/01/15 NTD will be using a new processor for our monthly billing statements and online billing. The bill that you receive each month will have a different appearance, but the information it contains will largely be the same. To help you better understand the new format of your bill, click here for a Bill Explainer.

If you receive your bill on a quarterly, semi-annual or annual basis that will not change. You will not receive your first bill until your next scheduled billing and it will include the bill explainer.

Most importantly you should know that if you had any kind of auto payment set up using a credit/debit card, due to Privacy and Compliance Laws that information will not carry over into our new billing system. If you had an account set up in Paylynx, our online billing system, that data will also NOT carry over. If you would like to update your bill delivery options or set up auto payment with NTD, please return that information on the REMIT PORTION of your 11/01/15 bill.

Once you have received your 11/01/15 you may re-subscribe to NTD Online Billing. You will be assigned a new account number, and this information will be required to establish your new Online Billing Account.

NTD has and will continue to have a variety of options for the ways in which you receive and pay your bill. Please look over the following options to learn more about what is available to you.
